Jarvis monitors client emails, Google Meet transcripts and Basecamp comments in real time, extracts decisions, scope changes and action items from every communication, then updates Basecamp cards and queues draft replies for developer approval.

It also delivers morning briefs, call prep and end-of-day summaries to each developer via Google Chat, and flags scope creep with an estimated impact on timeline and effort. Built as a TypeScript monorepo: Node.js and Express backend, Next.js dashboard, and a Chrome extension for capturing meeting transcripts.
