Selling to a company usually means quotes by email, manual group setup and endless support requests as teams change. LD Institutional turns the whole process into self-service, on top of LearnDash and WooCommerce.

What it does

• Self-service order builder. Buyers pick courses, a seat count and one-time or subscription billing, and see the per-seat price, volume discount and total update live.
• Volume discount tiers. Define seat brackets; discounts apply automatically at checkout. Prices are always re-checked on the server.
• Automatic group provisioning. Payment creates the LearnDash group, enrolls the courses, sets the seat cap and makes the buyer the group leader, with a welcome email.
• Leader portal. Leaders add and remove members, invite by email, share a self-join link and buy more seats themselves.
• Subscription plans. Monthly, quarterly, annual or any cadence, with or without WooCommerce Subscriptions. Seats added mid-cycle are prorated and renew on the same subscription.
• Seat policy. Choose whether removing a member frees the seat, site-wide or per group.
• Offline deals. Create a group for invoice or purchase-order sales in one step from the admin.
• Clients dashboard, editable emails and GDPR tools.

Requirements

• WordPress 6.4+, PHP 8.2+
• WooCommerce and LearnDash (any LearnDash plan)
• WooCommerce Subscriptions is optional

Licence

One licence covers up to 5 sites, valid for one year. Renew each year to keep the licence active: when a licence expires, new sales pause, while existing groups, members and paid orders are never affected.
